BECOME A MEMBER

1) To register a New Member over 18 years old.
α) You need a written recommendation from two active Members
b) Approval by the Board of Directors
c) After approval, the new Member, in order for the registration to be valid, must proceed to pay the registration fee which has been set for the specific period of time by decision of the Board.

2) For re-registration of an old Member:
α) (a) No references from active Members are required.
b) No recommendations from active members are required from the Board. b) No approval is required again from the Board given that the Statutory requirements are still met.
c) As long as three years have not passed since the old Member has been deleted and as long as he/she has not been deleted for disciplinary reasons, the Member is entitled to re-register by paying an additional annual fee. If a three-year period has elapsed, the Member must again proceed to pay the subscription fee applicable at that time.

3) Member Deletion:
α) The Member is entitled at any time to request to withdraw from the Group.
b) The Member may be expelled by the AOAF Disciplinary Board in accordance with the procedure outlined in the Club's bylaws. Once a Member has been expelled by decision of the Disciplinary Board, he/she shall not be entitled to apply for re-registration.
c) If a Member has unpaid dues for more than one year and there is no decision of the Board of Directors to settle the specific debts, the Member is automatically expelled through the new online system.

4) For the Temporary Suspension of Membership:
α) a. a. There is the possibility for a certain period of time, following a decision of the Board of Directors and if there is a request by the Member (e.g. for studies outside Greece, due to a long-term injury, etc.) to suspend the membership of the Member. In this case the Member, either at the end of the period approved by the Board or earlier upon his/her own request, shall regain active Membership without paying the registration fee and without any additional procedure or cost.

5) For the registration of a Minor Member:
α) (5) Registration in the schools of AOAF, is made on the recommendation of the responsible coach of the Group and based on the availability of places in the teams. The necessary payment of the registration fee for new underage Members is determined by a decision of the Club's Board of Directors.
b) When a minor active Member of the AOAF schools becomes an adult ( 18 years old ), he/she has the possibility if he/she wishes to become an adult active Member of the AOAF, without the obligation to pay the registration fee. It is clarified that this right should be exercised immediately by paying the annual membership fee without any time mediation (except in the case of a situation for which a Temporary Suspension of Membership is granted). If not done immediately the person concerned will have to follow the New Member registration procedure.

The cost is 20€ per guest (Depending on the availability of the fields & following the decisions of the Board of Directors) .
Possibility of guest invitation by a member, free of charge, on Sundays between the hours of 14:00 - 17:00, on courts 7,8,9 and 10.
