RULES OF PROCEDURE OF AOAF GYMNASIUM

For the smooth operation, as well as for your own safety, hygiene and pleasant stay in the gym, we ask you to pay the necessary attention and respect the gym's operating rules.

I. RIGHT OF USE BY MEMBERS

1. The use of the Gym is allowed only to adult, financially literate members, the athletes of the Academy after consultation with the Secretariat, always accompanied by their coach and at specific times to be determined by decision of the Board of Directors.

2. Children under 14 years of age are not allowed in the exercise areas of the gym even if accompanied.

3. Each member shall be required to provide a medical certificate from a Physician Pathologist, Cardiologist or General Practitioner attesting to his/her fitness for physical exercise. This certificate shall be renewed every 12 months (Law 3057/02).

II. SAFETY - HEALTH - RULES OF CONDUCT. USE OF THE SPACE

1. The club is not responsible for the loss of members' money and personal belongings from the gym premises.

2. The conduct and attendance of members must be decent and orderly at all times. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the gym.

3. No noise on the premises and disturbance of members is prohibited.

4. Members are responsible and must take care of their body hygiene while in the gym area and must always change clothes after heavy sweating.

5. The use of towels is mandatory on all machines where there is physical contact.

6. The use of sports clothing and sports shoes is mandatory (no jeans, no clothes with zippers & metallic elements).

7. Entry to the workout areas is permitted only in footwear that will be used exclusively in the gym area.

8. In the gym areas - and especially near the electronic machines - the consumption of beverages (liquids) is prohibited, except from special sports containers. The consumption of food is prohibited in the areas of the gym.

9. The use of all sports equipment in the gym should be done with care and always in accordance with the instructions of the responsible trainers. The gym is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper use of equipment. For the use of the electronic sports equipment, members are advised to seek the assistance of the supervising trainer or to contact the staff at the secretariat.

10. The return of equipment (dumbbells, plates, weights, mats, etc.) to their intended location is mandatory for all members.

III. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THE OPERATING RULES - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Members' personal data are kept solely for the purpose of establishing their identity when entering the gym for security reasons and for the promotion of the gym's activities. The AOAF reserves the right to modify the gym's operating rules, depending on the needs that arise. Any modification will be communicated to members by posting in the lobby of the gym as well as by sending an informative e-mail.

Use of the gym implies acceptance of all the above terms of the regulations. In case of violation of these terms, the AOAF Board of Directors reserves the right, at its discretion, to deprive the member of the possibility of using the gym, by written notification to the member.

IV. TABLE TENNIS ROOM

The ping pong room, to the left of the new Board of Directors meeting room, shall be turned over to the membership for use after its renovation. Its use is permitted to members in good standing and to athletes of the AOAF Academy. If you use the room after training on the fields, it is necessary to change your clothing and the shoes you wear. The venue is monitored by closed circuit television to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the hall and for your own safety.

Please protect your equipment and at the end of your game place your rackets and balls in the special table holders. Any damage caused to the equipment will be the responsibility of the person who caused it.

Embrace the gym and the newly renovated areas with love and responsibility and demonstrate proper behavior. Help the AOAF's efforts to implement and improve its facilities.
