OPERATING RULES FOR PUBLIC HOUSES

The renovated lounge and the upper hall of the AOAF are meeting points for its members throughout the day. The interiors are designed to offer comfort, tranquillity and relaxation. Reading, TV and conversations among members, watching the games on the courts and a place to schedule your friendly and business meetings.

  • The two club rooms are open daily from 07:30 in the morning to 23:00 in the evening.
  • The spaces have been designed by experienced architects to ensure their functionality, aesthetics and multiple functions. Maintain the space as designed, DO NOT move furniture and do not change their layout.
  • DO NOT enter the lounges immediately after playing on the fields, with dirty shoes and sweaty clothes, as they will stain both the floor and the seats, making it difficult for everyone to stay.
  • Do not allow cats to enter the hall, climb on the couches and under no circumstances should you throw food at them either inside the hall or at the entrances.
  • The television is turned on at the responsibility of the Secretary and custodians and plays only sporting events. For any schedule changes members should contact the secretary, who also holds the remote controls. The television sound is at a volume that does not interfere with other activities in the venue.
  • The use of the air conditioning in the upstairs room is set by the secretary at a specific volume at times necessary due to weather conditions.
  • As there is a canteen at the AOAF, the supply and consumption of drinks and food other than those sold by the Group canteen is strictly prohibited.
  • The use of backgammon is only permitted in the lower lounge.
  • A space has been created in the renovated lounge where you can plan your corporate or business meetings. The new functional room is equipped with a modern videoconferencing facility and in consultation with the Secretariat you can book the times you need while enjoying privacy and comfort.
  • Take care of your personal belongings and do not leave them on the sofas and armchairs. The Group is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
  • There are cameras on site for the safety of members and in accordance with personal data legislation.
